Class reunions are special events that many alums look forward to attending. We rely upon class agents to spearhead the event, but the Office of Alumni Relations is here to assist you in planning your class reunion. We are glad to assist you by providing the following:
1. The external communications plan for your event. Within reason, and after consulting with the Communications Team to see what is timely and feasible, we will be happy to include announcements about your event through our online communications and other publications.
2. Event coordination counseling. It can be daunting to pull off a reunion, and if you feel you need some direction, we will be glad to sit down and help walk you through the process of venue booking, catering, price point decision making, and program creation.
3. Registration materials. We will be glad to handle the RSVPs, payments, etc. for you, and place them in a reunion account. We will also be happy to provide you with the guest list, name tags, and registration table materials needed for your event.
The TCAA has developed a Reunion Guide to help you with the planning of your reunion, but our help does not end there. We can help you setting up a registration site for tickets, provide you with a class list and information from our database to assist in contacting classmates and much more!
